• Express UK Delivery £5.95: Orders must be placed before midday (12pm GMT) and sent via Royal Mail, please allow 48 hours for delivery.

• Super Express UK Delivery £7.99: Orders must be placed before midday (12pm GMT) and sent via Evri or DPD, please allow 24 hours for delivery.

If your order is eligible for a refund, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must send an image and a description of the fault to teja.jewelleryuk@gmail.com. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option. Request replace or refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of request.
