To care for your jewellery, we recommend storing it somewhere dry and safe when not in use. Handle with care and keep away from moisture. Avoid wearing it in the shower or swimming pool. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners as this may damage the finish.

  • Standard UK Delivery £3.95: All orders are sent via Royal Mail, please allow 3-5 working days for delivery.
  • Express UK Delivery £5.95: Orders must be placed before midday (12pm GMT) and sent via Royal Mail, please allow 48 hours for delivery.
  • Super Express UK Delivery £7.99: Orders must be placed before midday (12pm GMT) and sent via Evri or DPD, please allow 24 hours for delivery.

We offer a full refund for undelivered or damaged items. Otherwise refunds are not available.
If your order is eligible for a refund, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must send an image and a description of the fault to teja.jewelleryuk@gmail.com. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option. Request replace or refund. Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of request.

All orders come in a complimentary hessian bag and are wrapped using recycled protective packaging. We also offer a premium gift wrapping service, simply select which option you require from checkout and add a complimentary personalised gift message if you wish, then proceed to purchase and we’ll take care of the rest.
