REFUND POLICY

We offer a full refund for undelivered or damaged items. Otherwise refunds are not available.

If your order is eligible for a refund, you need to contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must send an image and a description of the fault to teja.jewelleryuk@gmail.com. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option. Request replace or refund.​

Refunds will be processed within 14 days from receipt of request.
