Can I cancel my order?
In order to keep delivery rates as low as possible, we process all orders as quickly as possible (typically within 24 hours). Once an order is processed we are not able to cancel it. However, if you contact us shortly after placing an order and we haven’t processed it yet, we are happy to cancel your order and place a full refund.
We offer a full refund for faulty or undelivered items. We are happy to send a replacement item instead of a refund should the customer prefer this option.

We also offer a premium gift wrapping service, simply select which option you require from checkout and add a complimentary personalised gift message if you wish, then proceed to purchase and we’ll take care of the rest.
